We do not require any downpayment while you are booking online with us. After you complete the booking, our staff is getting in contact with you to learn passenger details, inform you about the avaliability and share our payment methods. As soon as payment is done, we will provide Transasia Train tickets tickets to you.
Transasia express tickets are on sale 2 months prior to the departure. Passenger capacity of the train is 188 people and the seats are quickly booked so it’s better to book your tickets as early as possible.
Passengers of Transasia Express are not allowed to board the train without tickets. Pictures of tickets, printed documents, PNR numbers, reservation codes are not valid. You are going to need actual tickets while boarding the train.

We are providing and online tickets and PNR Codes for Istanbul – Ankara high-speed train. You can board the high-speed train with these documents and you do not need any printed tickets. After reaching Ankara, you will need printed tickets to travel to Iran. Our staff is meeting you in Ankara Railway Station to deliver your Transasia Express tickets.
Optionally, we can send your train tickets to your address in your home country.

You will need printed tickets to travel to Iran. Our driver picking you up from your accomodation in Cappadocia will deliver your Transasia Express tickets.

If you are travelling both ways with Transasia Express and you are starting your journey from Turkey, we can deliver your both way train tickets while you are in Turkey. If you are travelling one way from Iran, we will send your train tickets to your address in your home country.
You can change the date of your train tickets only once. If you wish to change your travel date, please get in contact with us and we will assist you about it. Please note that changing the date of tickets also depends on the seat avaliability of choosen date. Changing the date of your ticket is not subject to any extra charge.
You can cancel your train tickets with %25 penalty if made 30 days prior to departure of the train. Cancellations made 29 days to 3 days prior to departure of the train will be half refunded. No refund for cancellations within 2 days prior to departure of the train.
There is gender segregation in Transasia Express at the night time unless you book all 4 seats in couchette compartment. If you would like to get a private compartment for yourself, you can book all 4 seats and you will not get seperated with your partner.
